Dr. Angelia Griffin (aka: Dr. A.) is the CEO and founder of AGC "The Fixer" LLC, specializing in "All Things Grief where she made an informed decision to leverage all her skills, knowledge, and passion to focus on empowering individuals experiencing grief, thereby pivoting from AGC's original mission to provide Effective & Efficient Business & Management Solutions to solve common small business problems. Dr. A. is a passionate philanthropist who serves as the Founder and CEO of IGMA, Inc. (I Give Myself Away), a 501c3 Public and Charitable nonprofit organization, where the mission is to host community initiatives that provide empowerment experiences, thereby promoting self-sufficiency through training and development of personal and professional skills, in addition to providing basic life resources for the underserved.

Dr. A. is the former President and co-founder of SAP Consulting Firm, LLC, specializing in profit and nonprofit Strategic Action Planning services. Dr. A. possesses over 30 years of knowledge, professional skills, and expertise, creating strategies and value to accelerate various organizations' business results. Throughout her career, she has held positions as Director of Marketing and Public Relations, Management Consultant, Outreach Program Director, Project Developer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Special Projects Consultant.  She has co-authored and published numerous articles, including one of her favorites, entitled “Choosing the Most Viable Research Methodology for Studying Entrepreneurial Success  Factors”. 

Dr. A. is an educator, A former Online Radio Talk Show Host /now Influencer/Podcaster, Published Author, entrepreneur, and business consultant (Nonprofit Agency Management Consultant) with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education from Georgia State University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, and a Doctorate of Management and Organizational Leadership (DM)  from the University of Phoenix. She completed 50% of the curriculum for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Services at Capella University.  She holds professional certificates in Nonprofit Agency Management from Capella University, Professional Grant Writing from Jacksonville University, and Church On The Road, in addition to a Computer Software Specialist Certificate from Brannell Business College. Dr. A. is studying to complete her Grief Coaching Certification. Dr. A.'s role as an Adjunct Faculty and Associate Professor positioned her to facilitate courses in the doctorate, graduate, and undergraduate level studies at Colorado Technical University (online), The University of Phoenix (on-ground), Beaulah Heights University, Saint Leo University (Online & on-ground), and Southern New Hampshire University (Online) using various LMS.  

​Dr. A., as a lifelong learner, maintains that success is achieved when learners are inspired to take a personal interest in the learning process; hence, applying the G.R.O.W. model has become her personal recipe for success (Set GOALS: short and long term, Recognize your REALITIES, Identify your OPTIONS: Opportunities and Obstacles, and WIN with a higher source). Dr. A. is a proud, active, seasoned member of  Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., where volunteering to serve and empower others is her unwavering passion. She is also a member of SHRM and Delta Mu Delta International Business Honor Society.
